THE ROLE

The Senior Technical Consultant – will play a key role in analyzing, configuring, and supporting digital banking products and customer journeys. This role focuses on requirements gathering, product analysis, functional validation, and support for Temenos Infinity modules, ensuring seamless digital experiences for banking clients. The consultant will act as a bridge between L1 support teams, product engineering, and client stakeholders, ensuring issues are resolved with clear technical analysis and best practices.

OPPORTUNITIES

• You will provide Level-2 technical support for Temenos Infinity platforms (web, mobile, omnichannel) across client environments.
• You will oversee incident resolution, debugging, and RCA for complex digital banking issues.
• You will manage and optimize API / microservices integration between Infinity, Transact, and external systems.
• You will ensure system availability, performance tuning, and scalability of digital channels.
• You will guide the team in troubleshooting front-end (web / mobile) and middleware components.
• You will define and enforce technical best practices, coding standards, and deployment guidelines.
• You will collaborate with product engineering and architecture teams to deliver upgrades, hotfixes, and patches.
• You will lead validation of digital customer journeys,
