Director of Quality & Clinical Compliance (Dental)

Job Description

We’re hiring a Director of Quality and Clinical Compliance to lead quality assurance and regulatory alignment across our clinical operations, with a focus on prosthetics and orthodontics. You'll define QA standards, run case audits, reduce rework / error rates, and ensure we stay compliant with all clinical and operational requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and implement QA standards and protocols across clinical operations.
• Conduct regular case audits to ensure adherence to clinical best practices in prosthetics and orthodontics.
• Monitor and control error thresholds and rework rates , implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Lead CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes to resolve systemic issues and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure all compliance documentation is accurate, updated, and audit-ready.
• Partner with clinical and operations leaders to align outputs with regulatory, accreditation, and industry standards .
• Develop training and education programs to continuously improve quality awareness and compliance.
• Report on quality metrics, risks, and improvements to executive leadership.

Designed / enforced QA in healthcare / dental; reduced errors / rework measurably. Comfortable with case audits, CAPA, and clinical documentation. Balances clinical rigor with ops throughput in SLA environments.
