School Driver and Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Transport students and staff to and from school and school-related activities safely and efficiently.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the car to ensure it is safe for operation.

• Maintain accurate records of all trips, including the number of passengers transported and the destinations.

• Follow established routes and schedules.

• Monitor passenger behavior during transportation to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

• Report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate school officials.

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks around the school campus, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.

• Assist with larger maintenance and repair projects as needed.

• Maintain a clean and well-maintained car interior.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience driving a car.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and afternoons.

• Ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.

• Ability to manage and monitor passenger behavior during transportation.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

• Must be able to perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 30kg.
