Production

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is looking for a Production Merchandiser for our client in the garment manufacturing industry. This is a DIRECT HIRE position.

WORK LOCATION : Carmona, Cavite

SALARY RANGE : PHP 25,000.00 - PHP 30,000.00

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Monitor and manage the production process from order placement to final delivery.

Coordinate with suppliers for raw material sourcing and tracking.

Ensure that production timelines and quality standards are strictly met.

Act as the main point of contact between client requirements and factory operations.

Handle production planning and order status reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Production Merchandiser, preferably in Garment Manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of production planning and material management.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel).

Must be willing to work in Carmona, Cavite.
