Accounting Staff

Responsibilities :

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks (invoice processing, payment tracking)
• Maintain accurate financial records and timely data entry in accounting systems
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts
• Prepare and process payroll in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Assist in preparing financial reports (balance sheets, income statements)
• Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and petty cash transactions
