Requirements
Requirements : Proven experience in administrative support, reception, or customer service. Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written). Detail-oriented, accuracy-driven, and highly organized. Professional, stable, and mature personality suited to a professional accounting environment. Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt to fluctuating workloads. Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while also being proactive with one-off projects. Understanding of financial or accounting workflows is a plus.
