Roving Safety Officer III

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct Safety Behavioural Observation and monitor other employee's conduct of SBO.
• Evaluate and summarize SBO results, do appropriate actions to correct unsafe behavior and conditions.
• Update Daily Safety data.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analysis.
• Attend SHE meetings.
• Conduct routine safety inspection of lines and 5 mins Safety Talk to all lines.
• Conduct Fire Fighting equipment inspection.
• Monitor PPE implementation.
• Conduct Safety orientation for visitors and new employees.
• Orient suppliers on Safety
• Conduct Safety Training and re-orientation on employees.
• Conduct fire and emergency drills.
• Update safety manuals and safety signages.
• Permits renewal (all government permits)
• Monitor Pest Control implementation.
• Liaise with government officials and other entities when required.
• Do and submit SHE weekly and monthly report to Operation Head.
