What You’ll Be Doing
Recruiting qualified talents to meet aggressive associate hiring requirements for specific clients. They handle level 3 associates and specialized profiles. This may include screening resumes and applications, conducting phone screens administering TTEC-approved assessments, scheduling onsite / virtual interviews, conducting behavioral interviews, making offers, and completing the onboarding process for each hire. You will also implement sourcing tactics and often represent TTEC at job fairs and other community events. While they function as part of the Talent Acquisition team, they are responsible for aggressive individual recruiting goals which are monitored constantly. You must be able to quickly adapt plans and shift directions to meet changing client requirements. This is a challenging position that is suited for a high-energy individual who must be able to meet aggressive goals and timelines.
You’ll report to Manager, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you’ll impact the business through your recruitment initiatives.
