About the Role
Our Company is seeking a Business Relations Support Associate to support our growing operations as we expand from a regional to a national service provider for Information Technology in Networking, Cabling and Telecommunications. This role is ideal for a highly organized, self-motivated professional who can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, remote environment and who takes ownership of their work.
This position plays a key role in social media presence, website support, and high-priority project coordination , including dispatching support for select clients. Dispatching and internal systems training will be provided for the right candidate with relevant scheduling or project coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities
Business & Client Communications
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound communications from social media platforms and the company websiteFilter, organize, and route inquiries to the appropriate internal teamsMaintain professional, timely, and brand-aligned responsesSocial Media & Content Creation
Create and publish social media content using Canva and AI-based toolsManage posting schedules and ensure consistent brand presenceActively support social media growth and engagementIdentify opportunities to improve visibility, reach, and messagingWebsite Support
Assist with basic website content updates and maintenanceCoordinate updates with leadership and external vendors as neededProject Coordination & Dispatch Support
Assist with scheduling and coordinating onsite projects for priority clientsMonitor active jobs remotely and ensure timelines, technician assignments, and updates are properly managedCommunicate clearly with internal teams and clients regarding project statusMaintain accurate documentation and follow-up from project start to completionRequired Qualifications
Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital communicationsExperience in scheduling, dispatching, or project coordination (training provided for internal systems)Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong phone and email etiquette communication (This is NOT a digital role - phone calls are required)Highly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working independently in a fully remote environmentProactive problem-solver who can make decisions and take initiativeFamiliarity with Canva and AI-assisted content toolsProfessional demeanor and ability to manage high-priority client interactionsRemote Work Requirements
