Your main role is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for gamers by resolving issues, answering questions, and providing excellent service — no calls involved!

Educational Requirement :
High School Graduates to 2nd Year College (Incomplete) : Must have at least 6 months of Customer Contact Experience (CCE)
2nd Year College (Completed) to College Graduate : No experience required
Excellent written English communication skills
Basic computer navigation and typing skills
Interest in gaming or familiarity with online games is a plus!
Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules
