Job Overview :
We’re seeking a Logistics & Value Sales Coordinator who’s highly organized, articulate, and proactive. This dynamic role combines logistics coordination with value-based sales — ideal for someone who can think on their feet, solve problems fast, and deliver a premium customer experience. You’ll manage daily truck rental operations while converting inquiries into satisfied, returning customers.
Key Responsibilities
A. Logistics & Operations Coordination
Act as the main contact for all vehicle delivery and pickup operations.
Coordinate schedules for drivers, vehicles, and customers to ensure smooth, on-time service.
Solve logistical challenges quickly and efficiently.
Keep internal systems updated with accurate, real-time information.
B. Value Sales & Customer Engagement
Handle customer inquiries and explain the benefits of our premium, door-to-door truck rental service.
Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings and identify upselling opportunities.
Communicate value clearly — emphasizing time, fuel, and convenience savings.
Deliver outstanding customer experiences from first contact through job completion.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Attributes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great phone manners .
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Quick thinker with initiative and strong common sense.
Able to work unsupervised and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Honesty, reliability, and integrity are non-negotiable.
Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Well-presented, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
Preferred Experience
Experience in rental, reservations, logistics, or dispatch coordination .
Background in sales or customer service , with value-based selling experience.
Familiarity with Cars Plus rental software (advantage).
Ability to work some weekends and on a rotating roster .
