Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations from customers and other stakeholders
Provide accurate information about hotel availability, rates, amenities, and policies
Process reservations accurately and efficiently
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

6 Months of experience needed
