Lead Generation (B2B) / Cold Calling Specialist / Appointment Setter

Join our team to support B2B outreach and appointment setting for U.S.-based clients!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Finding decision-maker contacts
Cold emailing & cold calling
LinkedIn outreach
Appointment setting
Following clearly defined outreach processes and scripts

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in spoken and written English

Strong online research skills

Excellent phone and email communication

Previous experience required in :

Sales

Appointment setting

Lead generation

Contact-finder tools

Advanced computer skills, including :

Cloud tools

CRM / ATS

Google Voice, Google Docs

MS Teams, Zoom

AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)

Stable internet, own PC and familiarity with contact-finder tools

Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently

SCHEDULE

U.S. (PST) time zone

Full-time or Part-time

4–8 hours / day

Must be available between 6 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM PST

PAY

Hourly pay

Market rate (based on experience)
