Job Description :

The Internal Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the company’s premises, personnel, and assets. This role involves monitoring entrances and exits, conducting routine patrols, and keeping watch for any suspicious activities. The officer will also enforce company rules, assist in controlling crowd flow during busy hours, and provide immediate response in case of emergencies such as accidents, disturbances, or fire alarms.

The position requires maintaining detailed incident reports, coordinating with management or local authorities when needed, and supporting other departments in security-related matters. Officers must stay alert, professional, and approachable at all times to promote a safe and welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor and control access to company facilities

Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas

Report and address security concerns or safety hazards

Enforce company security and safety protocols

Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies

Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents

Assist employees and visitors with security-related inquiries
