Typical Duties and Responsibilities
Operation & Assembly : Operate production machinery and assemble parts or components according to specifications and manuals.
Quality Control : Monitor the assembly line and conduct quality checks, identifying and reporting any defective products.
Equipment Maintenance : Perform basic maintenance on machinery, report faults to maintenance staff, and ensure equipment is clean and functioning properly.
Packaging & Shipping : Pack finished goods, attach labels, and prepare items for shipping.
Workplace Safety : Follow all safety and manufacturing protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
Material Handling : Load and unload raw materials and finished goods, using manual methods or equipment like forklifts.
Teamwork & Communication : Work cooperatively with other crew members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
