Project Lead Engineer

Are you a skilled engineering professional with a passion for automation in the marine and offshore industry? We are hiring a Project Lead Engineer to take ownership of marine system automation and control projects, from design through to commissioning.

This is a hybrid role based in Singapore , offering you the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely while leading high-impact engineering initiatives that support cleaner, smarter, and more efficient vessel operations.

What You'll Do :

• Lead engineering and commissioning of automation and control solutions for marine system projects.
• Oversee all engineering disciplines within assigned projects to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.
• Coach engineers and designers in translating conceptual designs into actionable engineering documentation.
• Supervise in-house and outsourced teams across all engineering activities.
• Apply design excellence methods, including simulation, prototyping, and calculations.
• Provide technical input to the sales team and review proposals based on client specifications.
