Our client in the healthcare field is seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to manage daily HR operations and support overall organizational efficiency. The HR Generalist will oversee recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, benefits administration, and compliance to ensure smooth workforce management and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Manage employee relations and address HR concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and timekeeping to support payroll processing.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, memoranda, and documentation for management.
- Collaborate with department heads to meet manpower and operational needs.
- Support HR initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology , Human Resource Management , Business Administration , or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in general HR functions, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting .Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.Possessing a driver’s license is an advantage.Benefits
