Location : Ortigas.
Candidate must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
Responsibilities
Provide direction, motivate and guide the team to develop skills and create a healthy, challenging work environment.
Conduct program performance reviews, design performance models, analyze results, and lead improvements to meet market demands.Coordinate with third‑party agencies for marketing concept proposals and independent market studies.Coordinate with support and business unit heads to ensure smooth program implementation.Ensure team members execute program steps, such as identifying necessary tasks and resources, and monitoring performance via regular MIS reports and customer feedback.Meet key productivity indicators for the segments managed.ADMINISTRATIVEResource management and budget monitoring.
Monitor daily staff attendance and authorize required overtime.Attend weekly and other scheduled meetings as assigned.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field within financial institutions or consumer products.Experience in a consumer lending firm is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to conceptualize, implement, and manage various programs.Ability to lead development and evaluation of creative materials and media recommendations.Strong time and stress management skills.Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, counseling, and people‑management skills to interface with diverse units and suppliers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
