- Extensive experience in a Healthcare account, specifically US benefits
- At least 3 years of experience in process improvement and quality assurance (QA)
- Total professional experience of no less than 7 years
- Preferred : Six Sigma methodologies and certifications

Process Analysis & Improvement : Map current processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and develop solutions to optimize operations.Project Leadership : Lead process improvement projects, oversee their execution, and ensure successful implementation of changes.Methodology Application : Apply tools and techniques like Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to facilitate improvements.Performance Monitoring : Establish metrics and reporting systems to track process performance and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
