Responsible for supporting the key managers responsible for tax and regulatory compliance, by adherence to processes and procedures related to the completion of compliance obligations.

In addition, providing general support to the finance manager and finance team in all things required to carry out their key responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Ensures accurate and timely filing and submission of all corporate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, as well as supporting schedules and alpha-lists/reliefs, including Value Added tax, Withholding tax, Income tax, Final Tax, DST and other tax returns that arise during the course of business subject to review of Finance Manager, Tax and Compliance Manager, and Finance Director

• Provide assistance to the Finance Manager, Tax and Compliance Manager, and Finance Director to ensure timely filing of any reportorial requirements with PEZA, BOI, SEC, and other government regulatory bodies.

• Provide assistance and act as liaison for the renewal of business permits.

• Assist in the preparation of the Company's books of accounts to be filed with the BIR.

• Prepare any financial statement schedules supporting the month-end close.

• Assistance with any other ad-hoc tasks within the Finance Department.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting related role.

• Experience in any audit firm is preferred.

• Excellent knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Willing to work Mondays through Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:00PM

• Willing to work in the office for 4 days a week, and 1 day work from home
