Position : Accounts Payable - Invoice Posting (Online Interviews)

Location : McKinley Taguig
Salary Offer : Php20,000 - Php30,000
Work Schedule : Nightshift (9pm-6am)
Work Set Up : Work onsite

Job Requirements :
✨Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting.
✨At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable - Invoice Posting.
✨Amendable to attend online interview.
✨Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities :
✨ Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization
✨Enter invoices into the accounts payable system, ensuring correct general ledger coding and cost center allocation
✨Reconcile vendor statements to resolve discrepancies promptly
✨Verify and process invoices, match them with purchase orders, and ensure compliance with company policies
✨Other task may be assigned by immediate superior
