Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive sourcing of potential candidates using various channels, including job listing platforms, professional networks, and social media.
- Implement comprehensive screening procedures to assess candidates' qualifications, ensuring their skills and experiences align with job requirements.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Fortune 1000 companies' hiring preferences and needs.
- Ensure that each recruitment cycle adheres to set timelines and yields quality hires.
- Utilize recruitment software and platforms such as Bullhorn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and Monster.com proficiently.
- Effectively manage recruitment workflows using G Suite.
- Develop innovative and creative strategies for identifying the right candidates for diverse roles.
- Foster a positive work attitude and display willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment strategies and technologies.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years' experience in Recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in US Recruitment.
- A comprehensive understanding of the recruitment processes and procedures.
- Good understanding of the critical value of matching candidates not only based on their skills but also their relevant industry experience.
- Experience with recruitment software and job boards such as Bullhorn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and Monster.com.
- Proficiency with G Suite and other commonly used professional software.
- The ability to think creatively and 'outside the box' to solve complex recruitment challenges.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- A strong understanding of the technology and finance/accounting industries. Previous experience recruiting for these sectors is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
