Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure team performance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and sellers.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive results.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of the sales team.
- Strengthen relationships with brokers, sellers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and apply effective sales strategies.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and strong brand representation.
- Preferably a Licensed Real Estate Broker .
- Must have at least 5 Sales Managers , each managing at least 5 Salespersons .
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or Senior Sales Manager .
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and drive a high-performance team .
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have an established network of sellers, brokers, and clients.
- Must be based in Balanga, Bataan.
