About the Role

We are seeking two (02) dedicated and curious Business Intelligence Analysts to join our Data Analytics team supporting our business. You will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data to inform product and business decisions, contributing directly to the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business  decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover insights that improve product performance and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate across time zones with US-based business, sales and operations teams, as well as Product, DS, Engineering teams in Vietnam.
  • Maintain and enhance data pipelines, SQL scripts, and BI infrastructure for reliability and scalability.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights through concise and visual storytelling.
  • Strengthen the analytics culture by sharing best practices and improving workflow efficiency.

  • A proactive analyst who asks the right questions to uncover meaningful, actionable  insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying, analysis, and automation.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to challenge assumptions and interpret data contextually.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for effective collaboration with US teams.
  • Comfortable working independently, with clear and consistent communication.
  • Experience in banking, fintech, collections is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools and automation (e.g., LLMs, AI agents) to enhance efficiency and quality.
