Position : Japanese Admin Staff

Industry : Japanese Clinic

Location : BGC, Taguig

Salary : P 40,000 to P 60,000

Shift : 5 days a week (9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM)

No Night Shift / fixed morning shift

Requirements :

  • Filipino who can speak Japanese
  • JLPT N3, N2 or N1 - No JLPT required
  • Bachelor’s degree graduate
  • At least admin experience

Duties and responsibilities :

  • Assist on clinic reception
  • Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties
  • Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior
