Job Requirements : ✨Bachelor’s Degree.

✨With at least 7 years of experience in compliance, strategic planning, and program / project management.

✨Experience project management, policy governance, and business continuity is an advantage.

✨Amenable to work in Quezon City

✨Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)

Job Responsibilities :

✨Provide strategic leadership and oversight for global regulatory initiatives.

✨Act as a senior advisor and represent the regulatory function in key forums.

✨Oversee the lifecycle of compliance policies, ensuring timely updates and implementation.

✨Develop and manage compliance organizational resiliency (COR) programs.

✨Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and manage regulator engagement activities.
