Responsible for monitoring and ensuring project' compliance to environmental laws, rules and regulations set by DENR
Prepare and submit environmental reports to ensure proper waste management
Coordinate and report environmental incidents, dangerous occurrences, injuries and accidents
Conduct site induction, training forum and toolbox talk, as appropriate to provide instruction on specific environmental, safety and health concerns
Assist the team with the assessment and production of suitable environmental and safety measures, method statements and reports to satisfy the requirements of this plan
Stay abreast of the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) and project requirements on pollution control
Monitor activities pertaining to the installation or construction of pollution source
Attend to the requirements of the establishment or agency prior to the construction
Perform such other duties and tasks as maybe assign from time to time by the Management
A Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field is typically required
A Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) or Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM) can demonstrate expertise in the field
