Job Description :
Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
Update customer records and document all communications.
Follow company procedures and meet performance targets.
Work with team members and supervisors to ensure quality service.
Qualifications :
At least high school graduate (college level or graduate preferred).
Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
Amenable to work onsite in Cebu.
