HR Director

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s overall objectives.

Lead and manage the HR team in delivering services across recruitment, employee relations, training, benefits, and compliance.

Foster a strong organizational culture and positive employee engagement.

Partner with senior leadership to identify talent needs, develop workforce plans, and design succession planning strategies.

Oversee the performance management system, including goal setting, coaching, and annual reviews.

Required Skills :

A seasoned HR Business Partner or senior operations leader with at least 10 years of experience in strategic HR and / or business operations.

Strong background in performance, culture, and people data – you're the go-to person for numbers, metrics, and workforce ROI.

Engaging and approachable personality with a quiet strength able to lead without shouting.

Skilled at navigating complex org structures and managing cross-functional initiation

Experienced in building culture and driving change in fast-scaling environments.

Willing and able to work onsite in Cebu most days. youre hands-on and in the thick of things.

Exposure to Australia or AU markets is a plus but not a requirement.

Additional Notes :

This position will be working with leading outsourcing and consulting partner for financial advice, broking and accounting firms.

Working Set-up : Hybrid

Mondays to Fridays.
