Job descriptionOversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall or Building terms Scouting for prospective space for lease Review and analyze the Lease proposals Negotiate the offered rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demand Achieve lessee satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management and other related requirements and policies Monitoring and arrangements of Lease Space for Renewal and Non-Renewal Arrangement and filing of leases of Contracts.
Salary : 20,000 - 23,000
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree holder
- With at least 3 years of experience in Building leases & Space scouting
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Can multitask
