What you'll do:

As a Senior Video Editor, youll lead the end-to-end video editing process and create dynamic, engaging video content that drives audience connection and brand growth.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Own the end-to-end video editing process across all content types
• Create short-form social videos from keynotes, workshops, podcast clips, and internal footage
• Edit long-form content for use in client onboarding, education, or testimonial storytelling
• Design and optimise video sales letters (VSLs) and landing page content to increase conversions
• Review footage and extract valuable hooks, insights, and moments not just cutting, but curating
• Add animations, subtitles, branding overlays, music, and transitions
• Repurpose webinar recordings, speaking footage, and workshop moments into smaller bites
• Manage and maintain a video asset library with reusable templates and branded structures
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to align assets with campaign and brand strategy
• Stay up to date with platform-specific trends (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) and performance best practices

Successful candidates should have:

• 5+ years of video editing experience ideally across marketing, content, or production roles
• Edit using DaVinci Resolve, including applying LUTs for consistent colour grading and tone
• Ability to timecode sync external audio with video sources (multi-cam or external mic footage)
• Experience editing 360-degree or drone footage (not frequent, but may be required)
• Skilled at generating captions and using caption effects for social and learning content
• Able to export content in multiple formats and aspect ratios based on platform (e.g. 1:1, 9:16, 16:9)
• Deep understanding of short-form and long-form video structure what grabs attention vs what builds trust
• Strong eye for visual storytelling, pacing, music choice, and audience alignment
• Experienced in remote workflows: using Slack, Google Drive, and Notion for briefs and feedback
• Strong English communication written and verbal

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
• Work Setup: Work Onsite
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
