About the Role :

The Product Owner for Industrial Automation is responsible for owning and maintaining the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned automation platforms or solutions. The role ensures alignment between business objectives, market needs, and technical capabilities, while managing cross-functional collaboration throughout the product lifecycle — from concept to deployment and optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned automation platforms or solutions.
• Define product strategies and positioning based on market research, competitor analysis, and internal capabilities.
• Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems integration teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
• Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives while aligning with company goals and client expectations.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to implementation and post-launch improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, automation protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
