About the Role

Join Australia’s leading business coaching and training provider! We are seeking a talented   Web Designer / Developer   to lead the design, development, and optimization of websites across   WordPress, Shopify, and HubSpot.   You’ll combine creative design skills with technical expertise to deliver high-performing, responsive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive websites, landing pages, and funnels using platform based tools
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and polished mock-ups in   Figma
• Maintain clean, consistent, user friendly design across all digital touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate strategy into effective layouts, messaging hierarchy, and content structure
• Implement updates, revisions, and optimizations across WordPress, Shopify, page builders such as Hubspot
• Ensure websites are fast, stable, and aligned with best practices for user experience, mobile responsiveness, and SEO
• Perform basic QA on pages before launch, checking responsiveness, spacing, branding, and usability
