Requirements :
- Experience in program / project management, continuous improvement, or service transformation
- Experience using data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and / or service platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC)
Responsibilities :
1. Process Analysis and Improvement :
Analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutionsDeveloping and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.2. Data Analysis and Reporting :
Collecting and analyzing data to track progress and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.Reporting findings to stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations.3. Project Management :
Managing continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion.Ensuring projects align with organizational goals and objectives.4. Collaboration and Communication :
Working with various teams and departments to implement changes.Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.5. Training and Support :
Providing training and support to employees on new processes and systems.Ensuring the successful adoption of new practices.
