Your day-to-dayAs Trade Planning & Development Executive, you will provide support in developing necessary communication, reports, process, and system to drive, monitor and asses specific channel programs or cycles activity as well as the performance of our Field Force related to those programs or activities.

  • Coordinate and support regular cycle-based initiatives and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure on time and quality execution and accurate monitoring of agreed KPIs while preparing analysis from the previous cycle and input to the next cycle plan.
  • Leads cycle-related dashboards which analyzes the achievement of KPI's and assists Execution Strategy manager in aligning with Finance on ROI analysis
  • Preparation, verification and consolidation of all reports related to the cycle program taking into consideration all needed information to effectively communicate activities / programs to the Field Force Team.
  • Generate and Validate rewards, incentives and right allocation and efficient utilization of resources for each cycle and programs to be issued to the region / Field Sales Force
  • Develop clear and simple guidelines to our Field Sales Force for all trade activities by providing guidelines or a working outline for each cycle initiated programs.
  • Collect feedback from Field Sales Force on cycle related programs, monitor overall program effectiveness and initiate timely corrective actions where appropriate.
  • Analyze trade trends and needs to propose suitable trade programs to be implemented aligned with the business strategy, commercial strategy and allocated resources.
