Call Center Agent -Seasonal Healthcare Account

We are hiring Seasonal Call Center Agents to support our Healthcare account during peak season. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with claims, benefits inquiries, appointment setting, and general member support.

Qualifications :

At least completed 2 years in college or high school graduate with BPO experience.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Amenable to work onsite and in shifting schedules.

Preferably with previous BPO or healthcare support experience.

Can start ASAP.
