Position : AI & Solutions Architect / Engineer

Schedule : Day Shift

Work Set-up : Hybrid (3x onsite – Mandaluyong)

Employment Type : Full-time

We are looking for a highly skilled AI and Solutions Architect & Engineer to lead the product vision, roadmap, design, development, and deployment of AI-powered systems and broader business solutions. This role combines product ownership with hands‑on engineering, solution architecture, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will be responsible for defining the direction of our AI and enterprise solutions, building intelligent architectures, improving platform integration, and driving technical implementation. Ideal candidates thrive in cross-functional environments, enjoy mentoring others, and are confident designing both AI models and enterprise-level systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

Own and define the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered tools, integrations, and business systems aligned with company goals.
Design and implement AI-powered solutions including LLMs, recommendation systems, agents, and automation workflows.
Lead the architecture, design, and development of integrated solutions across AI, ERP (NetSuite), CRM (HubSpot), ecommerce (Shopify), and internal tools.
Work hands‑on with development teams to build and iterate on solutions — this is not just an oversight role.
Evaluate and integrate systems to improve business processes, data flow, and platform connectivity.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Guide and mentor developers in both AI / ML and software solution domains.
Build and fine-tune large language model agents using tools such as LangChain, OpenAI API, and custom Python / Node.js environments.
Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed models and solutions.
Stay informed on AI trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in AI / ML development and production deployment.

Strong experience in solution architecture, system integration, and business process automation.

Demonstrated ability to own product direction and translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.

Proficient in Python, Node.js, or similar for AI and backend development.

Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), vector databases, prompt engineering, and RAG architecture.

Experience designing or integrating solutions involving ERP, CRM, or ecommerce systems.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across tech and business functions.

Nice to Have

Experience working with Shopify, HubSpot, NetSuite, and other enterprise tools.

Familiarity with low-code / no-code automation tools (n8n, Make.com, Zapier).

Experience with deploying AI chatbots or web-integrated agents.

Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes.

Exposure to MLOps practices and performance monitoring.
