Anytime Fitness Cebu IT Park is hiring a PT Business Manager (PTBM) to own and lead our Personal Training business. This is not a coordinator role. This is a leadership seat for someone who can build a sales machine, mentor talent, and deliver results month after month.

You will be responsible for the full performance of the Personal Training business :

From trainer productivity and sales strategy to client retention and operational compliance. You will lead a team of personal trainers, drive member engagement, and ensure delivery of world-class service, all while hitting aggressive monthly revenue and performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team of Personal Trainers

Sales Execution : Drive PT sales and hit monthly revenue targets

Client Retention : Ensure member satisfaction, personalized coaching, and re-engagement strategies

Operational Compliance : Manage documentation, scheduling, and safety standards

Performance Monitoring : Track KPIs for sales, onboarding, and client satisfaction

You Are :

• An experienced fitness leader or Fitness Manager (2+ years)
• Data-driven, organized, and strong in execution
• A confident coach and closer who leads by example
• Committed to service excellence and business growth
