Work Arrangement : This role is categorized as hybrid on NIGHT SHIFT . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Philippines office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.

GMs energy team was launched in 2021 and is rapidly growing. GM Energy products and solutions include energy infrastructure assets (such as energy storage and integrated charging systems) vehicle to grid capabilities and software platforms needed to operate and aggregate these assets on the grid.

The role of the eMSP Billing & Reporting Analyst encompasses eMSP Public Charging customer refunds payment adjustments and assistance with reporting & reconciliation for GM and CSOs. The purpose of this collaboration is to ensure efficient and accurate handling of financial transactions enhance customer satisfaction and maintain financial analyst is required to perform manual customer refunds adjustments and exceptions and preparing GM and seller reports for payment reconciliation.

What Youll Do

Customer Billing Support (Refunds Adjustments Exceptions)

Public Charging Reporting & Reconciliation(Assist Finance & Accounting with reporting & reconciliation between CSO & Adyen; Assist Finance & Accounting with reporting & reconciliation with Adyen)

Process manual customer refunds adjustments and exceptions in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Review and analyze payment transactions to identify discrepancies errors or potential fraud.

Collaborate with internal teams such as EV Concierge and Finance to resolve payment-related issues and provide exceptional customer support.

Maintain accurate records of refund transactions adjustments and exceptions ensuring proper documentation and adherence to compliance requirements.

Assist in the reconciliation of payment data ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Finance Accounting Engineering IT or related field

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in an internal or external consulting role with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results

Affinity with technology and / or familiarity with analytics tools and techniques

Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Power BI development including report and dashboard creation

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in developing training manuals and conducting training

Detail oriented with strong business acumen and experience in evaluating financial measurements and project results

Internal controls experience and knowledge

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
