HR Associate (Fixed Contract)

This full-time, onsite role is ideal for someone with experience in employee engagement and high-volume, mass hiring, especially for BPO recruitment. As an HR Associate, you will play a critical role in the recruitment process, support employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to fostering a positive, productive work environment.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews for BPO positions.

Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and more to source qualified candidates, with a focus on high-volume recruitment.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with job requirements.

Manage and update employee records, HR databases, and trackers to ensure accurate, up-to-date information.

Conduct pre-training orientation and onboarding sessions to ensure new employees are seamlessly integrated into the organization.

Coordinate and schedule training programs for new employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Handle basic HR inquiries from employees in a professional and timely manner. Ensure effective communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process.

Conduct background checks for new hires to ensure quality and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies that support business growth and talent acquisition needs.

Provide administrative support for various HR projects, including employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and more.

Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience from initial contact through to the onboarding process.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

Prior experience in HR, particularly in mass hiring for BPO roles, is highly preferred.

Relevant HR Certifications (e.g., CHRA, SHRM, etc.) are a plus.

Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, especially in high-volume recruitment environments.

Proven experience in employee engagement initiatives and creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working collaboratively with employees, hiring managers, and candidates.

Digitally proficient, utilizing Google Suite applications, presentation tools, graphic design tools, and social media platforms.

High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
