Job description

Schedule : Monday – Friday (06 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required :

  • Previous experience operating one or more of customer identity access management, workforce identity access management, privileged access management solutions
  • Strong understanding and experience in IDAM tools and solutions
  • General knowledge of ISO27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 1 / 2 and other associated standards and protocols
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in Identity Access Management
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or related fields required.
  • Certifications in Cybersecurity

    • What will you do?

  • Refresh and maintain the strategy and roadmap for workforce, privileged and customer identity access management.
  • Lead the security policies, processes as it relates to IAM
  • Uplift identity access management maturity for the company.
  • Lead the identity and access management matters in projects.
  • Own and operate identity management platforms.
  • Own the user access reviews
  • Identify and resolve gaps in the business processes that may include security / authorisation set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.
  • Develop meaningful reporting metrics to track and report on company's risk position with respect to management of the identity lifecycle across the orgranization.
  • Ensure identity and access management solutions operate within SLAs
