What are we looking for?
Skills Required :
- Previous experience operating one or more of customer identity access management, workforce identity access management, privileged access management solutions
- Strong understanding and experience in IDAM tools and solutions
- General knowledge of ISO27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 1 / 2 and other associated standards and protocols
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Identity Access Management
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have :
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or related fields required.Certifications in CybersecurityWhat will you do?
Refresh and maintain the strategy and roadmap for workforce, privileged and customer identity access management.Lead the security policies, processes as it relates to IAMUplift identity access management maturity for the company.Lead the identity and access management matters in projects.Own and operate identity management platforms.Own the user access reviewsIdentify and resolve gaps in the business processes that may include security / authorisation set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.Develop meaningful reporting metrics to track and report on company's risk position with respect to management of the identity lifecycle across the orgranization.Ensure identity and access management solutions operate within SLAsJoin the awesome team and enjoy these benefits & perks :
