Filinvest Hotel : QUEST PLUS CONFERENCE CENTER MANILA (Former Crimson Hotel Filinvest City Manila)
In accordance with policies, procedures and standards of Quest Plus Conference Center Manila, Under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager, This position is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of outlet, achieving marketing sales, profitability and quality service goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Daily Operations Oversight - Supervise the day-to-day operations of dining outlets and banquet functions to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
- Team Leadership & Training - Lead, coach, and train F&B staff to uphold brand standards, improve service skills, and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Guest Engagement & Issue Resolution - Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and anticipate needs to enhance the dining experience.
- Coordination with Kitchen & Events Teams - Work closely with the culinary team and banquet / event coordinators to ensure smooth service flow, accurate order execution, and successful event delivery.
- Compliance & Inventory Management - Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and hotel standards while monitoring inventory levels, supplies, and equipment to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or any related field.At least 1 year of experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.Currently employed in or has prior experience working in a deluxe hotel or equivalent hospitality setting.Well-versed and proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant computer applications.Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and collaborate effectively with the team.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.Willingness to work in Muntinlupa City.
