We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Voice Account. In this role, you will handle inbound and / or outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, or issues related to products or services. The ideal candidate is fluent in spoken English, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information or support.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently, professionally, and with empathy.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures where applicable.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments as needed.
Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, customer satisfaction, and call handling time.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a voice or call center role is an advantage but not required.
