Required Experience :
【MUST】
・Strong English speaking and listening skills
・Preferably with experience as CSR with Sales / Marketing Account Management.
・Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
・Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, file organization)
・Willing to undergo training in Vietnam
【BETTER】
・Interest in international trade or global communication
・Previous internship or part-time experience in customer service or administrative roles
・A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
・Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Responsibilities :
・Handle customer inquiries via email and chat
・Coordinate with HQ and other regional offices
・Assist with export / import processes and basic documentation
・Communicate effectively with internal teams
・Work closely with a Malaysia-based Filipino CS supervisor for handover and training
・English is the common language in the company, so you’ll be using it daily!
