Responsibilities :

Identifies market opportunities and develops new product strategies to address them.

Ensures the successful and timely completion of innovation requirements throughout the stage-gate process.

Oversees the competency development of team members by fostering a work environment that promotes excellence through continuous coaching, counseling, and feedback.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

At least 6-8 years of solid marketing experience.

A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in an FMCG company or a similar industry.

Advanced strategic thinking and strong leadership capabilities.

Proven track record of achieving business objectives.

Significant experience with new product development initiatives and projects.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup.
