  • Responsibilities :

    1.Administrative and Sales Management :

    a.Oversee the overall administration and sales management functions of the regional office.

    b.Ensure smooth operations and provide support to the sales team.

    2.Expense Reporting :

    a.Prepare and process complex expense reports, ensuring they comply with company policies.

    b.Follow up promptly with relevant departments and professionals regarding the status of expense reports, and keep them informed of any updates.

    3.Travel Arrangements :

    a.Effectively organize travel arrangements including hotel accommodations, air tickets, local transportation, local working visas, and other visa applications.

    4.Meeting Coordination :

    a.Manage and coordinate complex schedules for the professional team.

    b.Arrange, coordinate, and update meetings and appointments extensively.

    Qualifications :

    1. Proven experience in an administrative role within a sales environment.

    2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    1. Experience with financial software or systems.

    2. Familiarity with travel arrangement tools and booking systems.

    3. Knowledge of sales processes and principles.
