About the Role :
The Support Analyst role focuses on keeping existing customers satisfied with products and services. This role is responsible for providing user support to resolve issues with software, hardware, and IT-related questions. The Support Analyst ensures clients receive speedy resolutions to any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities :
⚫ Provide technical assistance with product hardware and software.
⚫ Answer client inquiries and provide guidance on product usage.
⚫ Educate customers on product capabilities and best practices.
⚫ Mitigate escalations and advocate for customers.
⚫ Report internally on feature requests, insights, and customer stories.
⚫ Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
⚫ Meet and / or exceed KPIs.
Qualifications :
⚫ Excellent communication skills.
⚫ 1–2 years of IT support and / or customer service experience.
⚫ Ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
⚫ Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
⚫ Adaptability in different technical situations.
⚫ Highly analytical and organized.
⚫ Proficiency with CRM tools.
⚫ Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
⚫ Experience in property management or real estate is a plus.
⚫ Technical aptitude.
⚫ Flexibility with schedule adjustments.
