About The Role
As a Workday HCM Principal Consultant, you will work with both business and technical teams. Provides support to Implementation projects, Continuous Value Services (CVS), and Application Managed Services (AMS) enhancements across different regions. This resource typically reports to a Manager level position within the Delivery organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday HCM project support for a variety of client contracts including staff augmentation, ad-hoc support, and implementation
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices
- Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately drive requirements sign-off
- Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions
- Facilitating design workshops with clients for CVS
- Design, develop, test, and deploy configurations required to meet business requirements
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform
- Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management
- Mentor other consultants; actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice
Skills & Qualifications
