Role Summary
The Outbound Specialist is responsible for driving high-quality lead generation through strategic outbound initiatives across email, LinkedIn, and enrichment platforms such as Clay, Apollo, and Instantly.
This role combines analytical precision with creative messaging — identifying, enriching, and engaging decision-makers through data-driven prospecting and multi-touch outreach.
You’ll be at the core of our outbound growth engine : finding opportunities, personalizing conversations, booking qualified meetings, and fueling revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting & Data Enrichment
- Source, enrich, and qualify leads using Clay , Apollo , LinkedIn Sales Navigator , and Google Search .
- Maintain clean, organized, and de-duplicated CRM lists (Zoho / GHL).
- Build audience segments by industry (NDIS, childcare, aged care) and geography (VIC, WA, NSW, SA).
2. Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
Launch and manage personalized outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and calls.A / B test messaging angles (pain point vs. benefit-led).Monitor deliverability, open / reply rates, and conversion data daily.3. Messaging & Positioning
Craft persona-based copy addressing key pain points (time, cost, credibility, job outcomes).Optimize CTAs for higher engagement (e.g., info pack download, book a call).Align outbound messaging with paid campaigns and lifecycle content.4. Lead Management & Pipeline Contribution
Track lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-sale conversion rates.Collaborate with sales to hand off qualified leads seamlessly.Identify patterns of non-converting leads and propose improvements.5. Reporting & Insights
Maintain weekly performance dashboards (open / reply / booked rates).Share insights and root-cause analyses during paid ads + sales syncs.Recommend optimization tactics backed by data.Must-Have Skills
