A growing coworking and virtual office provider is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Community Officer to drive client acquisition and build strong business partnerships. Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Virtual Office and Coworking packages to entrepreneurs, startups, and small-to-medium businesses.
- Build and maintain partnerships with business registration firms, accountants, legal consultants, and other service providers.
- Generate and convert leads through networking, outreach, and referrals.
- Conduct client presentations and assist in the onboarding and sign-up process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and partnership development goals.
- Represent the company at community and business events to drive visibility and client engagement.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management (coworking, real estate, serviced office, or B2B sales background is a plus).Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Sales-driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.Comfortable with networking, client-facing activities, and achieving set targets.No strict degree requirement — sales ability and results matter most.Willingness to travel and attend external meetings as needed.Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City.Benefits
